Mortenson Construction was the construction firm responsible for getting the project built on time while meeting the demands of healthcare construction design and specifications in 2014. Mortenson leveraged the advantages of building information modeling, integrated project delivery and prefabrication to meet the aggressive schedule. SurePods pods were incorporated in the project as a solution that allowed the bathrooms to be built simultaneously to onsite construction activities.
