The six-story, 132,000 square foot residential building will feature 136 rental units, including a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom offerings.
The prefabrication method improves speed, safety, and simplification of the jobsite. Further, the 50 Rogers Street apartment complex has a tight logistical footprint due to its location in Kendall Square. This makes material deliveries all the more difficult. Only the finished product is delivered on site, ready for immediate installation into the building structure.
